🚗 SHIPPING 

WHERE DOES BOUQS SHIP?

Currently, Bouqs ships to 49 States but at the moment, it does not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands or APO/FPO addresses.

DOES BOUQS CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

Bouqs offers free shipping on orders placed through our Subscription or Scheduler services. 

For all other orders, there is a $12 fee per Bouq for customers who have a registered account on Bouqs.com. Guests who checkout without an account will see an $18 delivery fee.  

An additional $9 will be charged for Saturday delivery. This includes  Subscription orders when you choose a Saturday Delivery date.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Once your Bouq has been picked up and scanned by the courier, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link that will direct you to the most up-to-date tracking details.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DOES BOUQS ACCEPT?  

Bouqs accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal for payment. 

PLEASE NOTE: For subscriptions, Bouqs is currently not accepting Apple or Google  Pay. 

CAN I SWITCH PAYMENTS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Unfortunately, Bouqs is unable to swap out payment methods once your order has  been placed. Instead, you will have to cancel the order and create a new one with  the preferred form of payment.
