Is Vonlane Refundable?

Yes, customers can receive a full refund if the cancelation occurs at least 24 hours before departure time. Cancellations made after this window will be subject to a $25 fee for each ticket cancelled or credited towards future travel on Vonlane.

How Many Seats Does a Vonlane Bus Have?

Vonlane motorcoaches have a capacity of 40 passengers in the luxury seats. Each seat has ample legroom and is equipped with power outlets and USB ports for personal device charging. All buses also feature Wi-Fi access, climate control, foot rests, blinds for privacy, reading lights and on board restrooms. To ensure the utmost comfort and safety, every bus is staffed by an experienced Driver/Attendant.
